  We provide a quotation based on your specifications and coordinate sample development for your review and approval.

• Sample Approval & Order Confirmation
  Approve the sample and confirm the order by signing the agreement and arranging the deposit.

• Bulk Order Fulfilment (Partner Facilities)
  We coordinate bulk order fulfilment through approved partner facilities, with quality standards monitored throughout.

• Quality Check & Packaging
  Items are inspected against the agreed specification, packed and prepared for dispatch.

• Final Payment & Shipping
  Once the balance is settled, we arrange shipping and share tracking / delivery documents.

Digital Printing Fabric (Partner Facility: Jalan)

1. Inquiry & Design Submission
   Send your design files (high-resolution), fabric preference and quantity details.

2. Quotation & Fabric Selection
   We provide a quotation and help you select the most suitable fabric for digital printing.

3. Sample Print Coordination & Approval
   We coordinate a small sample print of your design via our partner facility (Jalan) for your review and approval.

4. Order Confirmation & Deposit
   Confirm the sample, finalise order details, sign the agreement and arrange the deposit.

5. Bulk Print Coordination (Jalan)
   We coordinate bulk digital printing through Jalan, aligned to your approved sample.

6. Quality Check & Finishing
   We arrange quality checks and coordinate any required finishing (e.g., coating or washing) via approved suppliers.

7. Packaging & Delivery
   Fabric is rolled and packed for shipment. Once the balance is paid, we arrange delivery to your nominated location.
